Aaron Glen West, Sr.

January 28, 1971 – October 20, 2023

Aaron Glen West, Sr, beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, born on January 28, 1971, to Jessie Mitchel West and Lina Elizabeth Mooring-West of Salinas, California. He went home to be with our Lord and Savior, peacefully, on October 20, 2023, after suffering some health complications in Lakeland, Florida where he resided with his love, Candy Lyons.

He was survived by his Son, Virgil Lee West; sisters, Donna West-Wisniewski (Greg), Kimberly Burnett; brothers, Mitchel West, and Jessie West (Heather). His only granddaughter, Savannah West, and many nieces and nephews that he loved and adored. He was a friend to many, both 2 and 4 legged. He never met a dog he didn’t love. His last being, Sabbath, that he and Candy had together.

He was preceded by death to his dear parents and son, Aaron Glen West, Jr. (Goober)

Aaron loved the Lord and absolutely loved his family. He had a wild spirit and could live off the land like no other. He loved farming, hunting, gardening, and he had an imagination and heart that was as big as this world. He will be deeply missed by all that loved him.

Celebration of life will be held on a later date.
