Billy Clayton Warr

Billy Clayton Warr was born September 12, 1943, to Earnest and Liddie Warr,
in Shelby County, Texas. He passed from this life at 7 A.M. August 31, 2013, at
his home in Tupman, California, surrounded by his family. He was 69.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Melva; his daughter, Julie Casteel, and son-in-law James Casteel.
He has one grandson, Jess Casteel, and his family: Jamie, Zoey, Gage, Jake, and an unborn great grandchild
that he was looking forward to being with very much.

He will be missed by his three surviving sisters and their husbands:
Ruby and Ray Smith; Betty and Travis Prior; Mary and Harry Scates;
and numerous nephews and nieces, and he loved every one of them.

Billy loved fishing and hunting. He loved watching "Duck Dynasty" on T.V. He loved people, and he never met a stranger.
He is surely missed.

He is a born again Christian as of 1988. That does not mean he was perfected in the flesh,
but he was in the Spirit, and he loved the Lord.
