Carl was born in Los Angeles County, California to John and Elma Norris.

He was employed by the Anheuser-Busch Company as a Bottler for 25 years. Carl is survived by his wife Pamela and Daughter Tami Kearney.

A private Graveside Service is pending at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Gardena, CA.
