Frances Jenkins

Frances passed away March 2, 2016. Frances was born September 2, 1930 in Bakersfield ,Ca to Jewel and Florence Rose, In 1948, she married Darrel Jenkins and together they started and managed a couple of local businesses. Frances was always known as a hard worker and was instrumental in their success. Frances happiness came from entertaining and spending time with close friends and family.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Darrell, her daughter Sandy, brothers Willard, Ray and sister Helen.
Frances is survived by her brother in law Larry (Barbara) sister in law Louise (Don), daughter Jan (Mike), grandsons Darrel (Sue), and John (Cara), granddaughter Elizabeth (Joe), and Leigh, and great-Granddaughters Payton, Tyler, Lundyn, and Tatum. Plus nieces, nephews and many friends.
She was a great wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Services will be held at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 2216 17th st on March 10th at 10 a.m
