Born to Jean Montague and William Frances Davey in New York City, New York.

Frank was raised in southern Florida and came to Bakersfield, Ca in 1973. He worked in the oil field industry for 35 years.

Frank loved and lived lift to the fullest. He enjoyed all of the people in his life and was always putting a smile on someone’s face. Frank will be missed everyday and will never be forgotten.

Frank is survived by his loving wife Lisa (Carolyn) and his children Ken Morrow and wife Maria, daughters Mia, Maci and Makenna. Emma Blackmon, husband Seth and daughter Ellianna Grace. Jean Sims-Kliewer and husband Chris. Jennifer Baldwin, husband Jason and son Jerred. Sisters, Margaret Sims, Jeana Connelly, Terry Goodwin, Jackie Grasman, Patty Worrell and Sally Matthews.

The Sims family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Alan Cartmell, the staff at CBCC and Dr. William Nyitray at Central Cardiology for the excellent care given to Frank.

Memorial service to be held on October 6, 2012 at 1003 Pebble Beach Drive, Bakersfield, Ca 93309 from 11:00 am and to 2:00 pm (Kern City)
