James Clyde Holt

Jim Holt, 71 passed away at home peacefully with family at his side.

Jim was born in June 15, 1943 in Oakland, CA. He was the proud owner of Jim's Motorcycle Company for 24 years. He started working on and racing anything with a motor and wheels.

He was preceded in death by both parents - Edwin Holt and mother Mary Katherine.

Jim is survived by his loving wife Jo Ellen of 37 years. Sons; Bryan Bacot and Jason Bacot and a daughter Jamye Holt. 7 grandchildren; Guy, Bryanna, Devin, Kirstyn, Page, Greyson, Kennedy, Baylie. A brother Duane and Sue Holt, sister Bonny Del Dotto and two nephews Duane Holt, Derek Holt and niece Tina Del Dotto.
