Janine Jordan

Janine Jordan, 52, went to Heaven April 15 in Bakersfield with her family by her side.

Janine spent most of her working years as a caregiver and did so with much compassion and love; this was her calling. She had a passion for gardening, animals, the mountains and most of all spending time with her grandkids. Rock and mineral collecting was a hobby she truly enjoyed and she amassed an impressive collection during her lifetime. Her favorite past times included scary movies, fast cars and devouring chocolate.

Janine is survived by her loving daughter Barbra Franks (Spencer), who never gave up on her, mothers Anna and Inge, sisters Kathy (Alan) and Ruthie (John) and the loves of her life Olivia and Preston. Proceeded in death by her father Jack Jordan.
