Jeff A. Ashmore

Jeff Alexander Ashmore ,88 of Bakersfield, Ca. passed away on February 15, 2020 surrounded by his family..

Jeff was born in Bebe , Arkansas to Jeff Davis and Audrey May Ashmore on November 28, 1931
Jeff and his family moved to Shafter, Ca. in 1935
At the age of 19 he met Leona, the love of his life, shortly after they were married on April 14, 1951.
They spent 69 years side by side , raising 5 children along the way.
Jeff and his family resided in Bakersfield, Ca. where he worked in the Auto Wrecking business for 50 years.
He enjoyed working on cars and selling cars.

Jeff is survived by his wife Leona Ashmore, his daughters; Debra Johnston, Shelia Hart, Teresa Fairbanks, his sons; David Ashmore , Jeff Ashmore and their spouses. Numerous grandchildren, great - grandchildren and a great -great grandchild.

Jeff is preceded in death by his parents and sister Jean Surber.

The Mighty Jeff Ashmore has fallen.
He rose to the Kingdom of Heaven on February 15, 2020.
