Lee Bert Cavaness

Lee Bert Cavaness age 68 went to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday October 27, 2014 in his home with his wife Margaret of 10 years by his side.

Lee was born in Culver City, California on October 13, 1946. He is survived by his wife Margaret, brother Bill and wife Mary, and his 2 children William Cavaness, and April Byerley and her husband Robert. His 4 step-children; Charlene, Kevin, Andrew, and Angela, and 8 step grandchildren, and one on the way.

Lee was a master mechanic in restoring antique cars and racing cars. He loved going fishing with family and friends. His best friend Gene Korak of 30 years was by his side sharing storiesof their life together. He will be missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m at Canyon Hills Assembly of God church in Bakersfield, CA will Pastor Steven Vinson officiating. In celebrating his life will follow after the service at Florence Gardens.
