Michael Joseph Gleason

Michael Joseph Gleason, 71, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024, in Bakersfield, CA. Born on November 16, 1952, Michael, affectionately known as Mike, dedicated his life to his family and his country, serving proudly in the Army. Mike was well-known for his caring and supportive nature, always prioritizing the well-being of his loved ones. His presence was a comfort and his actions a testament to his generous spirit.

He is survived by his children, 

Destiny Webb-Rector, SeanRector, Tyler Rector, and Candace Borrecco; grandchildren, Cadence Borrecco, Madison Borrecco, and Avery Webb-Rector; siblings, Marsha Thaine, Marshall Gleason, and Mark Gleason. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Ana Gleason.

Graveside Services will be held on July 10, 2024, at 10:45 am at the Bakerstield National Cemetery, located at 30338 E. Bear Mountain BIva, Arvin, CA, 93203. Mike's life of service and devotion will be honored in a ceremony reflecting his commitment to his family and nation.
