Myrna Darlene Butler entered Heaven’s gates on June 12, 2012.
Myrna was born September 15, 1939 in Long Beach, Ca. Myrna Darlene Smith
At an early age moved to Bakersfield with her parents William and Nina Smith and sister Margaret where they would reside for many years.
Myrna had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Bakersfield Christian Life of Bakersfield for many years and very involved with the Church Choir and Missions. In later years upon moving to Montana with her husband Fred Butler she was a member of The Kings Christian Church of Montana there she took up her same love for music even starting a small Church Choir. Myrna was strong in her faith in God which was a characteristic nobody could doubt. She devoted much of her life to being a devoted Christian, always willing to make an extra seat for someone on her way to church. Myrna had an absolute love of her animals; she spent most of her later years caring for them and truly valued her relationships with her pets. Myrna’s animals they were an addition of her already extensive family. Many will continue to remember and cherish their memories with Myrna; family will never forget her love, devotion and respect.
Myrna was predeceased in passing by her parents William and Nina Smith, husband Fred Allen Butler, sister Margaret Warner and son Robbie Hoover
She is survived by her children and spouses; Victoria (Randall) Martin, Greg Hoover, Greg (Jennifer) Butler, Keith (Wanda) Butler, Loann (Steve) Unkrick, Michael Butler;
9 loving grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren
Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, June 22, 2012 at Liberty Christian Church 8801 South H St. Bakersfield, Ca. 93307
