Pamela was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She graduated from West High School and retired from the American Cancer Society. She resided in Woody, CA for many years with husband Tim, enjoying the country life with friends and their many pets.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Dorothy Manning, brother Ronald Manning, her late husband Tommy Dowell, and her baby daughter Tara.

She leaves behind her husband Tim Daft, son Jesse Dowell and wife Courtney, grandchildren Hannah and Chase Dowell, her sister Leta Alexander, nephew Kohen Daft, and her close friends who were with her through the years Trisha Coffee and Shawna Bussards.
