Roy was born in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Roy Sr. and Rose (Anderson) on November 06, 1932.

He serviced his Country honorably in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.

Kern County has been Roy's home for nearly four decades.

Committal Service with full Military Honors, is scheduled at 10:00 AM Tuesday May 14th 2013 at the Bakersfield National Cemetery - 30338 East Bear Mtn. Blvd. Arvin, CA 93203.
