Sheila Ann Leal (née Miller) left this earth to be with the Lord on October 25, 2023. She was the most loving mom, Nana, sister, and friend.
Sheila is preceded in death by her parents, May Miller(née Decrow) and Millard “Terry” Miller, her brother Michael T. Miller, and the the love of her life and the dad of her girls, Joe Leal.
She is remembered by her daughters, Nikki, Erica, Jessie, and Mandy along with grandchildren, Anna, Kayla, Jolina, Latara, Maya, Jada, LaShay, Alex, Timothy, Joanie, Faith, Sereniti, and Andy. Along with her sisters, Cindy, Angie, Tammy, Michelle, and Sheri. She is also remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and her many adopted family members.
Sheila was born in San Francisco on March 10, 1954; she lived most of her life in Ventura or Kern County, CA but was very proud of how many U.S. States she’d seen. Her father and brother had extensive Naval careers, along with other loved ones, and she was always a proud supporter of the troops, veterans, and military families. Never faltering in her Faith, she practiced in different churches during her life but was constantly dedicated to God and sharing that love with others. She was funny woman, whether she was trying to be or she was just being herself. She was a crafty woman, always gifting personalized things she made herself and put so much care into. Sheila was truly the most forgiving, genuinely kind hearted person you would have ever met. She did not know anyone she didn’t love or wasn’t willing to pray for.
We will all miss her, and always love her but know that she will “love you more🤟🏽” forever.
