SHERAH ALLISON RICHARDSON

Sherah Allison Richardson, 37, of Bakersfield, California, went to be with the Lord, at her home on April 9, 2023.

Sherah was born August 12, 1985 to Shauna (Clay) Kerr and Mark Richardson. She was the older sister of Kyle Kerr, Vaughn Richardson and Val Richardson.

Sherah graduated from North High School in 2003 where she enjoyed cheerleading, ASB, student counsel and many other activities.

Sherah attended Bakersfield College and Cuesta College after High School, then found her passion in Real Estate, where she worked as an independent agent for Miramar International for the past 5 years.

Sherah loved to spend her free time watching her son, Ryker, play football, basketball and baseball. Sherah also loved to travel and watch her Cowboys and Yankees play every chance she could get.

Sherah accepted Christ into her life and attended New Life Church throughout her teenage and adult years. She always had a heart of service, not only to her Lord, but to her family, friends and community.

Sherah was a beautiful woman inside and out. She was caring and thoughtful and always put her family and friends first. She loved deeply and was deeply loved by all that knew her. She will be missed but never forgotten.

Sherah is survived by her son, Ryker Essman, who is in the loving care of his Dad and Step-Mom Nathan and Emily Essman, brother Kasen and sister Brayleigh. She is also survived by half-brothers Kyle Kerr, Val Richardson and Vaughn Richardson. Grandparents Pat and Steve Richardson, Grandfather Gary Clay, Uncle Kevin Richardson, wife Teresa, sons Jack and Carl and Uncle Brent Clay, wife Tonya, sons Craig, BJ and Todd. Boyfriend Ander Knudsen and his daughters Annika, Macey and Evelyn. Step-mom Kelly Richardson and Step-Father Greg Kerr.

Sherah was preceded in death by her Mother Shauna Kerr, Father Mark Richardson and Grandmother Sandy Clay.

There will be a memorial service on May 6, 2023 at 10:00 AM at New Life Church Northwest, located at 1300 Jewetta Ave. Following the memorial service there will be a Celebration of Life from 12:00 2:00 PM at 1933 Speakeasy Bar and Grill located at 7900 Downing Ave.
