Wilfred - Willie L. Cordova

In loving memory of our husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle: (Willie) Wilfred Leroy Cordova passed away on June 19, 2012. Willie was born on May 1, 1951 to Joe Wilfred Cordova and Mary Rose Cordova in Springer, NM. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Dawn. Surviving him are his children: Tammy (Johnny) Campos of Lacaster, CA and Johnny Lance (Ester) Cordova of Albuquerque, NM; six grandsons: Andrew, Richard, David, Johnny, Michael, and Juan; two step-children Natalie and Sam Hanna of Woodland Hills, CA Willie is survived by one brother and three sisters: Marian (Glenn) Wray of Lemoore, CA; Michael Cordova of Santa Clarita, CA; Dana (Angel Garcia) Cordova of Glendale, CA; and Lorelei (Paul Dean) Mitchell of Cornville, AZ. He also, leaves behind nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Willie was preceded in death by his father, Joe Wilfred Cordova; his grandparents, and his brother-in-law, Angel Garcia.
Willie worked and retired from the City of Glendale. Willie loved to play golf and watch his wrestling and westerns.

Willie never met a stanger, he always went out of his way to speak to others even if it was to wish them a good day!
Services will be at Saint Peter's Catholic Church, 870 N. Lemoore Ave, Lemoore, CA on Friday, June 29, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
Willie we will miss you; but you will never be forgotten - you will always remain in our hearts. Rest in Peace.
